Developed across 14 individual plots in Çanakkale, the villa community was planned by considering plot boundaries, building setbacks, planning conditions, access and outdoor spaces. A consistent two-storey villa typology and unified architectural language were developed throughout the site.

 

Natural stone, light-toned surfaces and dark details create a contemporary and timeless character, while private gardens, swimming pools, parking and landscape areas are designed as a whole.
