Located in Kandıra, this project consists of four 2+1 villas, each offering approximately 100 m² of interior living space and 250 m² of private garden area.

As Cereda, we reinterpreted the existing project from both an aesthetic and functional perspective, improving the spatial organization and overall living experience. The interiors were reorganized according to daily living needs, with particular attention to spatial circulation, functionality, and continuity of use, creating a more balanced and efficient layout.

The architectural revisions, interior design, material selections, and realistic architectural visualizations were developed by Cereda, establishing a cohesive design language throughout the project.
