This project represents a comprehensive design and modeling journey, spanning from interior layouts to exterior aesthetics. As part of the architectural phase, we developed functional floor plans featuring five residential units per floor, including two distinct 1+1 types and a spacious 2+1 layout. During the planning stage, we strategically positioned the building within the master plan, meticulously designing the exterior facade, landscape architecture, and site layout.

By shaping the project’s character through site planning, landscape conceptualization, and modern facade modeling, we addressed every detail from material selection to high-end 3D visualization. Combining technical precision with aesthetic innovation, we presented a living residential vision that harmonizes social spaces with lush greenery.
