The project was developed in line with the information obtained from the municipality, site conditions, and meetings held with the property owners. The architectural layout was designed to accommodate three 2+1 apartments on each floor, with careful consideration given to apartment layouts and shared spaces.​

 

Based on the property owners’ expectations and needs, apartment floor plans, interior visualizations, and the building’s façade design were prepared. The ground-floor commercial units were also planned in accordance with existing ownership rights and allocated floor areas. All project components were approached holistically, balancing functional requirements, aesthetic considerations, and existing site conditions.​

 

As an alternative design, a second layout was also developed, featuring two apartments per floor. This alternative design and its spatial arrangement can be explored in the following project.
