The project was designed in accordance with the site conditions, based on meetings held with the property owners and information obtained from the local municipality. The residential layouts and common areas were planned to accommodate two 2+1 apartments (two bedrooms and one living room) per floor. The living spaces were carefully organized with a focus on spatial efficiency, functionality, and residential comfort.

In line with the expectations and needs of the property owners, apartment floor plans, interior visualizations, and the building's façade design were developed. The commercial spaces on the ground floor were planned based on existing property ownership rights and floor area allocations. Through this approach, all components of the project were addressed holistically, considering both user requirements and existing site conditions.
