For this urban transformation project in Kartal, Istanbul, the existing building and parcel conditions were analyzed to develop a new building layout in accordance with zoning requirements and setback distances.

Considering the needs of the property owners, two 2+1 apartments per floor were planned. CEREDA carried out the spatial planning, interior layout, technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and project presentation as part of the project.
